Title: New Here - Why can't I post in buy/sell/trade?

I'm not sure if my PM is going through.  I am trying to post an order on the Buy/Sell/Trade forum but there is no Reply button...  How to I get the ability to post there?

You have to have a minimum number of posts first.  I believe it is ten.

you may notice the big bold letters under the description of the B/S/T forum that reads:   Note, a minimum post limit is in effect. You must have a certain number of posts for permission to post in this forum.
