Title: Fellow arcade builders, lend me your spinner!
Post by: crashwg on May 25, 2006, 08:47:06 pm
I know it's not likely to happen but I was wondering if anyone had a oscar controls or original D.O.T. push pull spinner that I could borrow so I could try and duplicate it for my own use.

Please oh please!

I don't have one, but I don't see why you need to actually have one in hand in order to make a similar spinner.  I bet someone on the board could at least provide measurements.  Markrvp's usually the man (i.e. Da MAN!!!) when it comes to making accurate measurements of his plethora of arcade controls.

Good Luck,
Ian

You could always check B/S/T ... but I think you're a few hours late ... :-\

Cheers.

crashwgs request makes sense to me. theres nothing like having an object to hand to completely understand how it works and how you might replicate it. good luck!
