Title: I Need a New PC. How much can I get for my old one?

Pentium 4 1.6GHz
384MB RAM
120GB HDD
nVidia TNT2 M64 Graphics Card (32MB AGP)
Sound Blaster Audio
ATI TV Capture Card
4x DVD-R/W (40x CD-R/W) Drive
16x CD-R/W Drive
Windows XP Home
KB and Mouse

How much can I get for it? Any offers?

Post by: dweebs0r on May 23, 2006, 06:34:54 am: Why not just sell the motherboard/CPU/memory combo (on here) and replace it with a faster one. That way you dont have to purchase another hard drive, case, keyboard/mouse, etc. That would be the cheapest option to get more speed.

Newegg.com has pretty good prices.

Post by: dweebs0r on May 23, 2006, 08:31:10 am: Dont you think you'd be better off replacing the mobo/cpu? Especially when your getting estimates of only $150 or so as the total worth of the computer. You could probably get $75 or so for the motherboard, cpu, memory towards the new combo.
