Title: Wells gardner 19k7689 medium or standard resolution?

Does anyone know if a wells gardner 19k7689 monitor is a medium resolution or standard resolution display.

Almost certain it's a standard resolution..... took a little digging, but I found an article about a cabinet that had this particular monitor in it and the game was "Sunset Riders", which is a standard resolution game.
