Title: FS: Ultimarc J-PAC encoder - $45 shipped to USA

I have a slightly used J-Pac PC to JAMMA encoder here that I don't need anymore.  It comes with a PS/2 cable and a VGA cable.  It works fine and was only used for a short time.  I will ship it to anywhere in the USA for $45 total.  They are normally $57 plus Ultimarc's international shipping fee.  I accept Paypal (including credit cards).
