Dear FXButtons Customers,

I was out of town for a while and real life has intruded on my button

Thanks,

I ordered some more LEDs about a month or two ago.  He did seem a bit behind on things.  It took maybe a week or two longer to finally receive everything starting from when I first contacted him.  So if you're in a hurry, it might be a good idea to look elsewhere, otherwise, he's a reputable person and worth doing business with.

Bear in mind that, if it wasn't for his efforts, these buttons wouldn't exist.

He is still out of clear buttons...

Check out ponyboy on buy/sell/trade - he has translucent Happs:

You can get LED's on eBay:

Also check out these button inserts to add icons to lighted buttons:

I am waiting for ponyboy to write me back with the invoice for my buttons, but that is where I am getting mine.   I already bought a set of inserts from MikeDeuce and they are awesome looking.

It's my understanding that he actually has all the colors in stock, but hasn't updated the website since the initial rush.

I just dropped him another email.  I had emailed him last week and he never replied.  Maybe he will this time.  I'll let you know if he does.

Shawn is a great guy to deal with.  I ordered a few times with him and all I can say is "wow".  He might take some time to catch up with things, but in the end he is great to do business with.

I wrote him first back on the 24th.  I sent him another email yesterday.  I'd like to buy from him - but I can't seem to get a reply. :(

It's a long holiday weekend. I would give most businesses a little more time this week.

Are the FX buttons any different/better than the Happs Translucent?

Same exact buttons.  Shawn from FXButtons.com is the guy that convinced the manufacturer (an Italian company called Industrias Lorenzo) to start making the things in the first place.  I.L. also manufactures Happ's regular buttons, as well as their joysticks, and the buttons and joys sold by several other arcade distributors.  They do not have an exclusive license with Shawn, and so they make the buttons available to Happ as well.  People with contact trouble might also try PMing Shawn here, his username is Shawnzilla.
