Say, this stupid little joystick is not available in the US? I should 've a look if I still can get some here, and sell them all at ebay.com - finally I found a way to get rich and stop working!

You could probably buy a genuine defender joystick for less if you watched Ebay patiently for a while.
I didn't realise that Midway allowed you to play their classic games on their website. I must say it's pretty cool. At last an enlightened video games company. I wonder whether this means that it is legal to own the ROMS.

nope.
Well it's legal to own the physical rom chips, I suppose... =)
But their use of their copyrighted material on their website doesn't allow other people to use their copyrighted material freely (unless the website license denotes otherwise)

you can play the same games on shockwave.com I didn't know that midway also had them up. i shoulda guessed it though.
