Upgraded from Mamewah .97 to 1.61 and everything is working great....except for a few sound files:
The background music and a few of the sound files (That used to work with .97) no longer play anymore (All in Wav format).
Any ideas?

You probably need to rename some files: http://mamewah.mameworld.net/docs/layouts.txt
-
OK, I changed the only other descrepency (List Change to Emuchange) and now it works for that file.
Now, whats getting me is the background music I normally played in .97 just wont play. I set paths for it in both the Mamewah.ini and each Emulator.ini:
The file is located in the "Layouts" folder and is named main.wav, the path on all ini files are:
D:Emulation\Mamewah\Layouts\main.wav
Ive also tried:
D:Emulation\Mamewah\Layouts then I tried naming the wav file numerous things (Soundfilename.wav, Mame.wav, Background.wav, etc...)
What am I missing?

this may not be it, but shouldnt there be a \ after D: ?
ie: D:\Emulation\Mamewah\Layouts\main.wav
-
My bad, it is actually in there as:
D:\Emulation\Mamewah\Layouts\main.wav
Yet, still not working.

First off, you need to point to a folder, not a specific file. eg:
music_path c:\music
Also, since v1.5, wav's are not supported as 'music' files, you must use mid, midi, rmi, mp3 or wma - it should be easy enough to convert the wav to an mp3.
