I voted #7 but what the ---- language is "are belong to us",makes absolutely no sense on #2 , # 7 and #8

Nope, sorry MC..  Personally, I blame the lack of blinging..  You'd think with all the project procrastination, PH would have more time for this stuff  :)  I hear he's writing a book, now, though...

my design was too complex and intricate for him to bling overnight and I didn't want him to bother with assembling a team to get it done so I opted for the non-bling effect....

the "All your games..." slogan was just a generic slogan so that there was text in the space the slogan will go...

there will be a submission for slogans and a vote comming up shortly as per what Santoro has allready stated...

I agree. I like the cocktails from the front, but Jfunk's on front and Joymonkey's on back would be a kick :censored: token. Some really great designs this year. It was hard to choose.

Sorry I haven't been keeping up with the treads on these, so this might be a repeat, but why not have 6 and 7 for front and back?

Also, on the 6, weren't the guys in the back going to be shaded a little for depth?  Thanks, these all look great guys!

I had them shaded, but they seemed to get 'lost'..  At least in 2D..  Personally, there are a couple of little things I'd like to see tweaked on my design (after seeing it blinged) by a 'professional' should it MIRACULOUSLY come from behind for a win  :)

I know the text will change on these, but I wanted everyone to know who's to young to remember that this text was popular back in 2001 and 2002 but is NOT, I repeat NOT from an arcade game.

It's from the game Zero Wing, which was an arcade game, but did not have that in it.  When it was brought out for the home systems, such as Mega Drive, that is when they added cut scenes to the game to flesh it out for the home market and did a damn poor job of writing them.

As such, I don't think this is a good slogan for the ARCADE tokens.  Of course, if it gets voted in then, hey, but at least everyone can make an informed decision before voting.

Well, technically, MAME was not in the arcade, so anyone using MAME are not allowed to use these tokens, as they are for ARCADE machines only...

LOL good point, sort of.  MAME is not a game, you don't play MAME, you play a game (an arcade game) that is emulated via MAME.  Either way, I really don't care, just throwing it out there.

All the tokens look awesome and I enjoy the great product you guys put out every year.  In other words, I'll buy it no matter what!
