Title: Penny & Giles trackball help

I have a USB P&G trackball installed, it comes up as a Cypress Mouse in Windows.  When the PC loads up it goes directly into Mamewah.  The TB works for literally about 15 seconds then quits.  If I start a TB game it works just fine.  Tempest works fine, Arkanoid works.  But Hot Rod does not.  And a few others don't as well.  When I go back out to Mamewah the TB works again for a few seconds then quits.  If I exit to Windows the TB works for the same amount of time and quits.  Also, the mouse buttons are mapped to P1 and P2 and they always work in games.  I am running Mamewah 1.61 and Mame 079
If I unplug and plug into the other USB input it works again for another 15 seconds then quits.  Since this happens in Mamewah and Windows, it doesn't seem to be a Mamewah problem right?  I have mouse turned on in both Mame and Mamewah.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Nevermind, the 3 year old figured it out for me.  Just click one of the mouse buttons and it works again.  Doh, I spent hours looking at files...
