Title: Comcast lookouts

Got a little bored today so here are some things to look out for from Comcast.

Unscheduled appointments: If you ever talk to a sales rep and just ask what the going rates are be prepared to get a visit from a technician as the sales rep will most likely just schedule an appointment on his own.

Modem installation: the norm is the basic install; tech walks in, plugs the modem in, waits for all the green lights to light up and calls it a day. Its and extra 30 bucks to get the tech to activate the modem and set your email up for ya. A total of 60 bones.

Comcast CDV service: whoa... If you have an alarm that is monitored pre call your alarm co to see if you
