why noy put the CPO under the plexi, so the pelxi would protect it, and hold it down?

I wanted to be able to get access to joysticks that are surface mounted under the plexi. Also, a lot nicer feel than the plexi.

I used some wall paper seam sealer on some artwork that was coming up off of laminate. Might work for plexi, but can't be sure. Worked well on the laminate. Available at home improvement stores for a couple of bucks.
