Title: Need a CPO bad!!
Post by: Danzig8155 on April 27, 2006, 02:31:12 am
Hello people of the BYOAC worl. I've been coming to this site for quite awhile, I even purchased Saint's book a little over a year ago and have been reading over numerous times in my spare time. I'm finally starting to build a Mortal Kombat control panel, just to start out with. I have everything I need except the CPO. I've talked to the people over at classicarcadegraphics.com to see if they could modify one for me, but they can't. I've been hesitant to ask anyone on here only because I know it's not a hard task and I could do it myself, but I can't find a vectorized image of a classic Mortal Kombat CPO. I need to make one with 2 block buttons instead of one....basically raise it up between the HP and HK then add another between the LP and LK, with it saying "Block" in between the two. If anyone could help it would be very very much appreciated. I'm looking forward to any help from anyone. Thanks alot and keep up the great work on the site everyone!! Thanks.

I'm not sure if anyone else here has checked it out, but ClassicArcadeGraphics.com is auctioning off some artwork on Ebay for very reasonable prices. I purchased a MK II CPO for only $13!! I'm hoping for them to auction off a MK 1 CPO soon so I can scan and modify it myself. Sorry to everyone out there if I'm being a newbie with my CPO search, it's just that I've been trying my best to hold back from purchasing one for $40 just to scan it and mod it, then send it out to be printed and never use the original. Speaking of which, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I read in Saint's book that people sell artwork through here as well. If anyone has a MK 1 dedicated CPO they wanna get rid of, or even if they'd trust me enough to send me to be scanned, I'd be more than willing to pay for shipping both ways, and give out my address and phone number just so I can get this made. It's the missing link to my first arcade control panel. Thanks lots everyone,
Mike
