Does anyone have a good pic of the 15th anniversary of all the streetfighter people, from the front cover of the box OR the control pannel thing
It has like every character form all the streetfighters with an orange tinge background

-
the main image came from the udon comic.... but the background is a building...
-
but where do i get it from?
-
ebay.com
Buy the poster.
-
lol
i want the file and try and get it vectorised
-
HAHA yeah it will take like a year to vectorize this pic :laugh2:
you better off buying the 60X18 poster. This is a true masterpiece everyone should buy it ! I bought 2..one goes in my collection and I plan on making a light box out of the other one.

What is everybody's hard-on with vectorization as of late?
A vector image is ONLY needed if you plan on ever using the same image and scaling it up and down. Thats it. If you make the image 1/1 scale for the purposes intended, a vector image is a waste of time, especialy with an image of this magnitude.

thank's for pointing this.
it seem's that everybody want vector for everything.
-
anyone got this picture high res scan on their hd?
-
i have an image i'm pasting together from the covers of the comics.
if you want it you are more than welcome. i'm not done with it yet though..
so you can either have a half finished image or some part of the in progess
work
-
I'd like a copy of that when you get done. Sounds pretty sweet.
-
i had hoped it would be... but my photoshop skills are limited.
it may take some time.
i am open to help though... nudge nudge...if someone would like
to take a look at what ive been doing..
-
okay my eyes are going a little blurry and i can
no longer tell if i am making any progress.
i think i will call it a night on playing with this pic.
here is where i am.
helpful tips wouild be nice.
edit: the color on my monitor is going so if it looks orangey...
sorry. it looks normal to me.
-
anyone good with photoshop to fix this up?
-
okay, its not really getting any better from my work so
tomorrow i intend to hand it over to either the designers
at work or start a slow and lengthy process of coloring
with the pen tool.
if anyone else has been playing with the image
please let me know how your efforts are going.
-
are you going to be using this image for a control panel or what. I'd love to have this image for my marquee.
-
with respect to mamedownunder, i had decided
not to put it on either my marquee or control panel
even though i think the idea is a great one.
instead i plan to put it as a runner/ kickplate/ whatever
along the sides , at the bottom of my as yet not built
cabniet.
but i dont think im getting anywhere with the graphic :censored:
and painting it will take me pixelhugger like time.
-
If i understand vectors right, if you get it full vectorized you should be ablet o size it to whatever size you want, so you really could use it as whatever.
-
Toe,
Do you have your scanned image anywhere that can be downloaded? I wouldn't mind trying to clean it up some with Photoshop.
Motorfish is right, it is plenty big enough for most anywhere you would want to put it on a cabinet and vectorizing this would be a very lengthy process.

you understand correctly about the sizing, but you completly miss one major point. this kind of image is quite impossible to vectorise :badmood: :badmood:
-
is this finished yet?
-
My friend made a huge cabinet with that picture already as a control panel like a year ago. If you're looking to be unique I'd say go with something else then. If you don't care, by all means go ahead. Thanx.
-See Ya!!!
-
I doubt any of us have seen your friend's CP, so it really isn't much of an issue. Also, unless you draw your own art, you are almost certainly using art that someone else has used on thier cab. But hey, do us all up some good custom art so that we can be original... please.
I'll take some art with Mario and M. Bison doing it. Ooohhh, and have Luigi crying in the background.
Thanks

Disturbing doesn't even BEGIN to describe that. O.o
-
um.... yeah..... wow...
that's just alarming.
i dont think i will sleep well tonight.
-
I was just kidding guys. Who would actually want to see that? Not me. I swear. Come on leave me alone. :hissy:

Yeah, at least throw Chun Li into the mix somewhere.
-
Alright, you have me drooling. Street Fighter is THE reason why I wanted to build a cab all along anyhow!
Does anybody have the image as a Photoshop file? I would need the file to be a bit better than the one you have Toe. Is that possible? I will make a CPO and a Marquee from it for your perverted pleasure...
Or give me the source and I will see if I can fix it up. Need to up the res on this image. It's awesome....
-
Toe has sent me the files. ( !!!! )
Unfortunately, the files have only 76-odd dpi whereas I would need at least 200 dpi. Preferable somewhere between 300 and 600 dpi for the best results. (and you can change it afterwards, but that will only make the size bigger, not the resolution) I could make a relatively small marquee with the files I received, but definitely no CPO.
Does anybody have a high res scan of these images? (> 200 dpi)
-
If you have any luck Gaston, I'd love to get a copy of this for my marquee. :D
Cheers
