Title: K7400 vertical collapse

Just turned on my K7400 this morning and it has a vertical collapse issue. (image is just a line across the middle of screen and monitor controls don't change it).  I can't seem to find a torubleshooting flowchart for it.  Can anyone suggest which components to check?

Have you checked the tech info at www.wellsgardner.com yet?

Randy Fromm used to have it for free on his site, but that section is now a pay site.

They have the schematic on the WG site and the parts list, but that is about it.  I've got both of those in print.  They don't have the manual as a download and I don't have it in print either.

Call the Wells parts department (1-800-336-6630 or 708-290-2100) and order Product Manual (that's what they call a service manual) # 069X2859-100 for the k7400. It has troubleshooting info and theory of operation in it.
