Get Fusion to work properly on it's own, and then run it from Mamewah. Mamewah will not affect how any emulator operates.

For Best results...You should use the Latest available version of mamewah.

What is the latest version and where is it i have 1.6 at moment i think

It's not going to matter if it's the latest version, although, the latest version will run better in the end.
Do as Minwah suggested, get Fusion running properly on it's own first, then incorporate into Mamewah.
