Title: Need Help Running CPViewer on mini LCD

I've just hacked a small LCD to run off my PC and I have finally got CPViewer to open off to the side on the LCD by using extend desktop to second monitor using the RCA output on my video card, I am opening CPViewer from MAMEWah using external applications and auto_launch_apps but I would like for it to stay on even when the rom starts, so I tried {nowait} and the rom starts instead of waiting but cpviewer doesn't come up, any ideas?
