They're going to be dead anyway! Yet he is facing a $5000 fine or up to year in jail! Whatever happened to common sense?

It says he could get a 5000 dollar fine, and up to a year in prison, but it says the leaving an animal inside a stopped car is a 100 dollar fine per animal. 3 chickens should be a 300 dollar fine.

It also states that 10 of his family members returned to the car with three shopping carts. That's 11 people, 3 chickens and groceries in a Taurus.

Common sense would be to buy your groceries first, then pick up the live chickens, or at least have a cage or box to store the chickens in.

Huh?!? You mean there actually *is* chicken in KFC?!? All this time I thought it was rabbit meat... :dizzy:

and now, to top it off, the merger with Long John Silvers with both in the same restaurant.....
