Title: Captain America and The avengers

is this game simultaneous 4-player action?  there is no start button in mame for players 3 & 4. help please

First, you'll have to go to the dipswitches (via the TAB menu) and set the play mode to "4 Player."

When the game is in 4 player mode, it no longer recognizes the regular P1+P2 start buttons, as each player's regular buttons now serve that function.

In other words, it works like nearly every 4 player game in the history of arcade games.  :P
