Well, just finished my first touchscreen jukebox. This is a kiosk I bought off ebay last week. Has a 10in screen, 3m touchscreen and runs off a VIA EPIA-M board with onboard video, lan and sound. Inside the case I am using a 40GB laptop hard drive. Network connectivity is via a linksys wireless bridge. Its nice that everything is powered off the internal power supply, so there is only 1 power cord out the bottom. It should have a real clean look when wall mounted. It also has a barcode scanner built in that make a cool laser show below it. I am running xlobby for the jukebox software. The only thing I could find that runs 640x480, and I really like it. Has almost the same feel as windows mediacenter. The music is all stored on my 600GBsnap server that I also use for DVDs for my mediacenter computers.

Logik,
congrats on the juke! that scanner does make some interesting "bling" underneath! Here's an idea though, when you box it up, make an opening underneath the cab put a mirror in there (roughly at a 45 degree angle) and have a slide cover over it to "turn on" a lazer wall show! great for parties and whatnot!

Hey,
Looks Great. What kind of program are you running there that shows the wather?
Thanks

Hmm...great idea with the mirror!
The app that shows the weather is a plugin that is built into xlobby. You enter your country, state, city and it gives you a 7 day forecast. I have something similar on my mediacenter PCs, it comes in very handy.
