While renovating a cab I bought from Ebay, I've discovered that it's not using standard gap T-moulding. The strip is still 3/4" wide, but the gap seems twice as wide as standard.
Does anyone know a company that supplies alternative T-moulding ? I couldn't find anything other than 3/32" gap on T-mould.com

If you can't find any wide-gap t-molding then you can always just fill the gap with wood putty then re-route it.

Either that, or use hot melt glue to fasten your T-Molding into the existing gap.

Or put some duct tape on standard t-molding to widen the insert strip

http://www.t-moulding.com does sell some moulding with a slightly wider spine 7/64 instead of 3/32 but not in 3/4 inch, you would need to use a wider moulding and use an edge trimmer to flush cut it to the cabinet. But if your slot is as wide as you stated it may not be enough for you.The normal slot width for moulding with a 3/32 spine should be 1/16th.

Update: I contacted T-molding.com who were helpful.. but require an order of 10,000 ft :laugh2:
Instead, I filled the gap with super adhesive Sikaflex, waited til it was really tacky (only a few moments) and then stuck it down with that. Sikaflex being handy in that it's black (my cab + T-moulding is black)
Only downside is that there's no way that's coming out now ! LOL
