Title: Wei-Ya Chassis and Auto Dim

I have a 826HR chassis and I have a problem with the auto-dim feature (if there is such a thing).  When some Dreamcast games play, and the screen has brightly colored images, the whole screen will dim itself.  This results in dull picture with washed out color.

Has anyone else experienced this?  Is there any way to prevent this from happening?   :banghead:

I've got the same chassis running off of a pc and AVGA card. I've never seen it do that though.

Does it only do it when hooked up to the dreamcast?

After doing some looking, I wonder:  Do I need a video amp?
