Title: p360 joystick how does it switch from 4 to 8 way???

Hi im getting ready to buy a 360 fromj happs i'm just curious how you change it from 4 to 8 way? do you have to reach under the console to do it?

You flip the actuator over. Its not something your going to want to do a lot and its not something you can just reach in and switch. The only 4/8 way convertibles I know of that are easy to switch are the t-stick and e-stick sold by ultimarc.

Its not too hard if you keep a pair of needle nose in your CP box...it really depends on how hard it is to open your CP than to actually change the actuator (remove the "E" clip and flip a plastic piece over).
