Title: Bypass Raiden Fighters countdown?

I searched on here and even Googled it, but I can't find if there is a way to bypass the Raiden Fighters countdown sequence when you start the game.

I tried restarting and the countdown just restarted also. Anyone know if there is way to bypass it?

Nevermind, if you just let the counter to hit zero and then reset it (F3), it doesn't do it again. I was thinking it would do this everytime I played the game.
