Title: Happ 27" Bezel. How deep?

Anybody know how deep this bezel is?
I'm getting ready to mount my monitor and I want my protective glass to recess 3/4 from the front of the cabinet. I assume the back of the protective glass will rest up against the bezel and I need to know how deep the bezel is to determine how deep to mount my the 27" Kortek monitor.

I have the 27" bezel and can measure when I get home.

You can also drop Happ an email asking the dimensions and they will get back to you pretty quick.  I wanted the dimensions before I ordered it and they responded right away.

Ahhh! I'm still hanging here :( Somebody must know the the thickness of this beast! Still waiting from Happs to answer!

I would wait untill the bezel shows up before you mount the monitor.  The glass is going to butt up to the edge of the bezel and the bezel is a custom fit for every monitor/cab.  Might be a good idea to have it in hand if you want it spot on.

Here is a pic to give you a rough idea.  I would measure but my cab is fully assembled.  Don't forget to order the correct bezel.   They make ones for flat sceens and non-flat screens.

If you still insist on a size according to Oscar.. 1-2 inches.

Sorry for the delay.  Here are the dimensions Happ emailed me when I ordered mine.

Untrimmed 29 1/2" wide x 29 1/4" high
ID 15.575" X 21.00"
Overall Height 2.25"
Thickness .060

Overall height is what you were specifically looking for.

Thanks guys! I hope I didn't sound too rude. This project has really been testing my patence.  I just get to dang excited! miles2912 your right I'll just cool my jets untill I order my bezel. I'll have to wait to get some extra cash as there are other things that I need to buy. I don't want to get stuck with a 10.00 Happ handling fee.

I hear ya.  When I orderd mine I called them on the phone and said I wanted the chapest shipping possible.  The sent it USPS and it saved me a lot in shipping.  They were real nice on the phone and wanted to help.  I might check and see if DiveMaster can get you one.  He is a great guy to deal with and has very reasonable shipping rates.
