Title: Monitor is blank....help

I have this shadow dancer cab with a 19" Samsung monitor. It is black. The game fires up fine, and is running. Can anyone give me some hints on troubleshooting this thing?

If it's an arcade monitor Samsung made the picture tube, not the monitor. Post a picture of the rear of the monitor and I can probably tell you what it is.
