Well, three days ago I finally got the Macbook Pro that I ordered a month ago. Works fine, didn't try to install Windows or Linux, I just don't like the damn thing. Anyway, someone go buy it:

I have a BIN on it $200 less than it costs from Apple.

Well, I got it mainly for the backlit keyboard and light weight, but I couldn't get past the single mouse button and the horribly designed OSX. Plus, I ordered the laptop as a replacement for my Dell once it started having video problems, but those problems seemed to have disappeared in the 4 weeks it took to actually receive the Macbook.
Go ahead and buy it. You know you want to. Taste the sweet apple, it's good for you... ;D

I would LOVE to get this... but alas, it is not possible. :(
Want to trade it for a 700m......

Uh, no, I'll stick with my 9100. Now if you happened to have any Xbox 360 or Revolution development hardware, I'll hand deliver it. ;D

I can understand not liking the single mouse button (you can plug in a regular mouse, though), but OS X is so nice to use. It takes more than 3 days to get used to if you've been a Winders boy all your life, though (like I was).

I'll readily admit that I favor Windows as an operating system, but I had enough time to get up to speed on using OSX and learning to hate it. I have used dozens of different OS's and I still think that OSX is the worst one that I have seen. Sure, it's nice and shiny, but it is so watered down (as in lack of direct customization options) and not really all that responsive considering the hardware that it is running on.
