I can't believe they solved this problem before they came up with a friggen solution for wireless USB ::) Well, soon enough, I guess. If advances like this keep popping up, you'll soon be able to have that wireless CP many are lusting and dreaming for!

And I wanna see who's the first asshat to tell me this isn't real. April Fool's came a day early, so Suck It, Trebek!

Thinkgeek does this every year... They have some clever things.
The funny part is.. this technology exists... yea yea, it doesn't exist for anything high powered but there is wireless power technology for very lower powered items..

Warning: Even though these microwaves are about as harmful as the leakage from an ordinary microwave oven (not much), do not put computers, televisions, other sensitive electrical equipment, food, liquids, paper, glass, flammable substances, magnets, or living things in between the base and satellite units.
These are a disaster just waiting to happen.

Couldn't you just do a keyboard hack on a wireless keyboard to get a wireless CP?

Tesla envisioned wireless power. Everybody would just get power right out of the air... for free.
