that's insane... and a horrible tragedy.

But I have to say one thing...that guy's lawn isn't even that good looking.  If you're gonna shoot and KILL someone over a friggin lawn... it damn well better be the nicest lawn ever. :dizzy:

If he lived in Florida, he'd just have to say he was standing his ground and there was a "perceived danger"
