i tried unbending 90 degree bracket but it didn't turn out good.
i would need 135 degree but no one sells it.
know anyone who sells it
or can anyone give me the tips on how to unbend it?

How strong does it need to be? Personally, I make 135 degree brackets out of plumbers' tape.

oh Aluminum around 1/8" thick and it would be need to have 3/4 width on one side and 3/4" or less (but not too small for drilling and screwing) on other side.

Get some aluminum flat bar and stick it in a vise. Hammer it until it bends to the correct degree. Sounds crude but it works pretty well actually.

But I don't have vise

I doubt you'll ever find an exact 135 degree angle bracket. Your best bet is to get a cheap vise grip and bend it yourself. They are only a few bucks at harbor freight.

go visit a machine shop (look it up in the yellow pages). Tell them what you need - most likely they will have the aluminum on hand (only certain types of aluminum bend well - they should know that though). You will only need one bend. They will use what is called a bending brake. They might charge you for the Al but might give you one bend for free if you're nice. You could even call ahead to see if they have the Al on hand.
I would expect you could get what you want for around $10. If they quote you much more than that, it would be :lame:
Good luck.
