Title: CPViewer & .NET Framework

I downloaded the CPviewer application and I know I have to download the .NET framework for it to work.  I downloaded a couple of the .NET 2.0 frameworks and I still can't get CPViewer to install.  I can't find ther version 1.0 framework anywhere.  I know I'm doing something dump, but can someone please tell me what I'm not doing correctly?

Get the 1.1 redist from Microsoft Download site.
