Title: Leland Quarterback PCB

Hello All,

I have a qustion I hope someone can answer.  Does anyone have a working Leland Quarterback PCB?  I bought one on Ebay for $1.00 and got it yesterday.  It looks like there are a couple of pins that are broken off, but cannot tell if it is supposed to be like that.  Thanks for any help.
