Title: Macro Application / mouse key repeater

Anyone know of a good program that will create keystroke macros (press x and it really presses a "Y, Z, Y, Z, F"?

Also, a program that will make your mouse button repeat? 

btw, this isn't for mame specific but for a few other games I play.
