Active speakers like PC ones or are they passive like you attach to a home stereo? Active you just need a mixer (google on passive mixer) - active speakers no easy way, you could use a relay to switch them which is powerd by the PC in the cabinet to switch over when its turned on or something, but that would mean you had 2 amplifiers in there to switch between so an easier option can prob be found if you give some details about what you are working with and trying to achieve.

Just use a headphones Y cable. As long as your not listening to your jukebox and watching a movie at the same time they should be able to share them easily.

Well i just take the audio and pipe it all via scart. That way i get the sound for whatever i am using. Be it the video jukebox or televsion, i think you might find this to be the easiest method. Also this way the sound comes out of what ever device has priority. It doesn't matter what type of speaker set up you are using with this method either.
