Title: PC monitor with TV Hookup

I am trying to set up my Princeton Arcadia ( PC Monitor/TV) for Mame. Anyone has any suggestions for proper refresh rate ?

Those are a form of "presentation" monitor, with lots of different ways to hook up.

Using its VGA input it will probably go up to 800x600 or 1024x768 depending on the model.

Either way it will almost definately support 60Hz at 800x600, probably higher.
