Title: WTB - Xbox VGA adapter.

As the title states, I'm looking for an adapter to hook my xbox up to a VGA monitor.

(My bet is that Goz will be one of the first to reply to this thread, lol)

Is X2VGA the only company that made this type device.

If so, I could just grab a generic AV->VGA converter like the AVLINK or similar.

You can but the output isn't as nice as from the X2VGA. The X2VGA has output settings for resolution etc... The generic will simply output 640x480 or 800x600 x 60Hz (if memmory serves.

 I have one or 2 X2VGA's in storage. I'd offer them, but chances are I wouldn't be able to find them till my move is final

Thanks Goz.  I'm not in a super hurry.  I just picked up another xbox, and it will be a while before I get it all setup the way I want it anyhow.

I kinda figured anything you would have would probably be in limbo until after your move.

I ended up with an extra from who else? GOZ!!!!.....

I would trade for an MVS game or two also......depending on the title....and other suggestions. I'm open depending on what you've got!
