Title: Does anyone have any recommendations on where to pick up a 19" touchscreen pad?

I have a flat panel 19" computer monitor and I am looking for a touchpad for it.  I have found one site that sold them for around $300.  I am wondering if anyone in that field knows of anywhere that may sell them cheaper?  I have searched and again, I could only find one or two places that even sold them.  Google didn't really help me much.

That's the going rate. Touch 'glass' is very expensive.
