Title: jamma to vga

My current mame machine uses a 36" gateway destination monitor. I would like to know if there is a way to add a jamma board (golden tee 2005) to the machine and use some sort of switch to change back and forth. I would build a dedicated control panel so the only issue would be the monitor. Any help would be appreciated

Not cheaply.
