Title: 1545L ELO touch screen

I was hoping you guys could help me out.
I just bought an ELO 1545L off of Ebay.
The display works fine but I have yet to get the touch screen to work.
There is a red wire and a black wire coming from the back of the unit with quick connects attached to them. 
What do these wires attach to?
The unit did not come with a bezel. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
