Title: [suggestion] Artist list -

I've been trying to find someone to help me with a control panel overlay.  But I have not had any responses.

Is there a better way to find an artist?  What I'm proposing is this:

A list of artists and maybe a bit of info about their style or preferred program (adobe illustrator or paintshop pro, etc)

Then a person interested in art could contact the artist proactively to see if they are interested.

I obviously do not have a lot of experience with obtaining art from this board, perhaps the existing method (post a request) is the best solution?
