Title: Newbie Jukeboxer Q's...Is there an app that ___
Post by: Taborious on March 03, 2006, 09:56:08 am: I have built a mame cab and I'm working on my second but I also want to do a jukebox of some sort next. I like the SK; obviously that's why I'm here, but had a couple of newbie questions. Yes, I have been to the site and haven't found the answers to these Q's some I'm asking here.

Does SK support ripping CDs?
Where do you get the album art from?

Post by: JLR2000 on March 03, 2006, 12:34:09 pm: No, SK doesn't rip the CDs, but AudioGrabber is freeware and easy to use (plus there are many other free cd ripping tools).

I get the album art from BUY.com, Amazon.com or if all else fails Google Image search.

Buy.com has the best IMO, but they changed their site so it's a little trickier to grab the artwork...see this thread:

This will be a big help, I've been working on a juke project that will be using SK Jukebox as the software. I'll post pics as I get closer to completion.

Post by: dagra on May 10, 2007, 01:45:16 am: ok i'm new to sk jukebox myself and i am going throught the forums looking for stuff myself to aid in my jukebox project and all I have to say is that album cover program is the frickin sh** i tried the manual way and after 10 cds i went searching the forums for this excelent.

Now if I can just find a really great mp3 sorter to get my stuff in the corect folder format.
