Title: Please post fceultra.ini for MameWah 1.61

Can someone please post theirs. I could only find one for 1.62 but it doesn't work since i'm using 1.61

The parameters that are sent to the emulator are the same for both versions. I removed them from my website thinking most people could figure out 1.61 settings from 1.62 ini files.
