Title: Games not starting...BIOS issue?

H ave a few games that will not start, when I try to play them...at first I thought it was something I had wrong in MAMEWAH, but when I tried them with MAME32, they wouldn't work either...

One of the games, "The King of Fighters xxxx", just doesn't start...

Is this a BOIS issue?  Do I need to get something else make these games work?

Run it from a commandline and see what error message you get.
