Anyone have any or know of a reasonable nonebay source for a couple?

Unfortunately Ebay is probably the cheapest source for controller adapters.
play-asia.com has some in stock. http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-14-71-t-49-en.html

These total control ones are actually some of the best.
