Title: I want to build a neo supergun. what do i need

Hy. I'm pretty newbie ;D. As in the title i want to build a neosupergun.
my dad wont allow me but i want a diagrams. the hard part is how to wire
the RGB to Peritelevision SCART. does anyone have an idea or a converter?
