There is a local ad for someone selling the Swords of Fury Pinball machine for $200. Is this worth purchasing? Are boards for this still available? The lady seems to think that the CPU board busted because it did work up till a couple weeks ago and it just stopped working. She has no room for it and I wanna repair and sell it back in a restored condition.

Dude, I hate to be an ass, but did you even look?
try typing it into yahoo, or google, there tons of info there
Sorry, you caught me on a bad day, but damn...don't be so lazy

I would have to say 'Yes, it is probably worth buying for $200, unless you are local to me, in which case it is a lousy deal so just give me the seller's info and I'll let them know what a lousy deal it is'.
There was one listed for sale on Mr. Pinball a few weeks back for $1200.
Now, the obvious caveats apply about the condition of the machine and your abilities to restore it. Additional caveat about me being new to pins.
Cheers.

For 200, heck yeah.

It all depends on condition. Is the playfield in good condition? Are there any plastics missing or broken? If the PF is trashed, all the plastics are missing or busted, and the cabinet is gouged and has graffiti all over it, then no it is not worth 200. If there is no wear on the playfield, all plastics are intact, and the cabinet is is decent shape, then heck yeah it is worth $200.
There are replacement LED displays available for Williams System 11, just google "replacement system 11" for details. I don't know about replacement boards like there is for system 7.
There is a guide to repairing system 11 machines on marvin3m.com. Again, just google "marvin3m system 11".

Maybe the batteries leaked and it finally killed the CPU board.

For $200 it's worth it regardless, pretty much.
