Title: Sources for Character Images?
Post by: rdmustang on February 26, 2006, 11:07:59 pm
Are there any good sources for images of characters (besides localarcade.com)?  I'm looking for more variety and am having a hard time find any decent sources besides localarcade...

Here (http://www.fightersgeneration.com/fightgen/characters.html)'s a site that has lots of images of fighter characters.  They are not vectorized, but you might find some nice reference material.

Found a nice vector site: http://vectorlib.free.fr/ (http://vectorlib.free.fr/)

Found it in the forum but it was very burried.

there's not much on vectorlib than in AAL, in fact there's much less in vectorlib.
the purpose of vectorlib is just to have some kind of AAL  vector only backup.
(for the small story it was the starting point for the AAL re-birth, few times ago)

and did I mention that I'm the one who take care of vectorlib ;) ;)

what's burried ?? if I find some time I'll try to improve it, but I will stay with plain basic html.

The link was burried in the forum (hard to find, at least for me.. but knowing me it's probably somewhere really simple)..  I found stuff on vectorlib that I didn't see on AAL (of course again, it's me so they are probably there)...  Nice site btw, I like the simplicity!
