Title: crime patrol on arcade monitor

CRIME PATROL, one of the coolest games ever! but I can only play it on my laptop and not on my arcade! running arcadevga/jpac to wellsgardener arcade monitor. I know a few people have this game on the computers but have they got it running on an arcade monitor? please help.
