well SOMEONE has been buying up big, er i mean little. 120 square metres of land on sydneys bondi beach went for 3.5 million! to translate for you mercans, thats prob about 2.9 mill for about 140 square yards! they new owners say they are going to build a modest little holiday bungalow. modest, i guess cos they dont have any money left  ;D
