Is this a very special thing I found or are these commonly available ? I've seen some outragous prices for cocktail clips and these are extremely cheap.

Looks like a bargain to me as long as they fit your corner curvature. It's a pity they don't sell them in chrome though.

I've never seen slips like that. Are they for the Space Invaders style cocktails?
-
They're probably not an arcade-specific product at all. Which is why they're not outrageously expensive.

some of the jap/aussie types use those. they would go well on MY cab. you should tell quarterback since he was looking for something inexpensive...
-
Think they'll fit mine too....
They indeed may be "general" things, who cares if they work !
They also have these:

Those clips look sweet, and the price is way cheaper than what I have been looking at! I just might have to build my cocktail game now.

I finally bent to the pressure and spent $30 on 'real' glass clips. I was looking for something exactly like these at one point, but because of the corner radius of a Midway cocktail, these "clips" would have to be really big to fit all the way around.
The other style cocktail (Atari?) on the other hand, could probably use these without much problem because the corners are 'tighter'
